The portion of the salary or compensation that is linked to target achievement is contingent upon the employee meeting specific performance goals or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), as defined and communicated by the management. The company reserves the right to modify, review, or withhold this variable component if the defined targets are not met within the stipulated time frame.
Payment of performance-based incentives or variable salary components does not create any obligation on the part of the employer to continue such payments in future periods unless explicitly agreed in writing.
All decisions regarding the evaluation of target achievements shall be made at the sole discretion of the employer or its designated authority and shall be final and binding.
